　　In 1999,as sponsor ,Sanhuan Company cooperated with other five sponsors to found Beijing Zhongke Sanhuan High-tech Co.,LTD(short for "Zhongke Sanhuan"),which successfully came into the market in China Shenzhen Stock Exchange in Apr. 20, 1997(Shenzhen No. 000970)。Zhongke Sanhuan controls four agglomeration neodymium iron boron magnet production companies,one felted neodymium iron boron magnet production company,one research&development academy,The Sanhuan Academy,of which output of neodymium iron boron magent shares about one quarter in our country,it is the leading enterprise of lanthanide industry in China and one of the biggest manufacturer of neodymium iron boron magnet in the world.China Sanhuan owns international sales licence of patent product of neodymium iron boron magnet,and its patent products are sold with the brand of "SANMAG"by Sanhuan International Trade Company.
　　In 1998,Sanhuan Company cooperated with America Sextant Group Company to purchase International Quick Company of original America General Motors Company and become one of the main shareholder of this company.
